AADTC building is available for rental to dog related organizations. The building (facility layout link) is conveniently accessed from US-23 at exit 49. It is just minutes north of downtown Ann Arbor. The building can be divided into 4 separate areas and all rooms feature rubber matting floor. There are restrooms and a kitchen area with sink and refrigerator. Ring gating, chairs and tables included in rental.
