    AADTC Registration Procedure

• Forms are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Club members & current students are given priority through the May 28th deadline. Registration will continue until classes fill
• One registration form per dog per class. Extra forms may be downloaded off the website.
• Because class size is limited, receipt of registration by the deadline does not guarantee a place in class.
• Class confirmations will arrive by email (if available) or mail after May 30.
• Please read class descriptions on class description pages or in your PDF

• Handlers wishing to take classes out of sequence or enter an advanced class without prior AADTC training must be screened by the Training director to ascertain eligibility.
• Handlers must be 16 years old. Exceptions are only achieved with Training Director and class instructor approval.
• No refunds will be made after the second week of each term, unless the dog is excused by the instructor.
• If an instructor determines that a dog is a danger to the class, the dog will be excused and a refund given upon notification to the treasurer by the instructor.
• A processing fee of $10 is assessed for refunds given after cancel-by date. For checks returned by the bank the fee is $20.

• The cost of Obedience/Agility classes: 6-7 weeks=$30 Pay $5 at the door for extra weeks.
• All classes except tracking are free for instructors who have taught in the current calendar year. Tracking=$50
• Official assistants get one class free for each class assisted.
• Members earning free classes may email their requests to the registrar before May 25th
